Taking Good Photos – Don’t try to put too much food on the plate – Focus on the entree or hero item, it is ok of the rest of the plate is slightly out of focus – Use natural light where possible – Shoot from a natural 3/4 angle – Hire a stylist whenever possible

Emerging Technologies – iPads are replacing menus in some urban areas. – These are very visual devices and photography become even more critical
